![“There have been a lot of negative things this year, but social media lets you see a lot of information. It’s good to have once you’re exposed to that information. Like with the Palestine [conflict], the violence against people because they’re different is so sad to hear about but it kind of opens your eyes. I have friends who are impacted by it a lot more than I am, and it hurts to see that people aren’t being treated fairly or kindly because they’re “different”.
