The Eagle Quill’s game of the week is the Eaglecrest Boy’s basketball game at Grandview on Friday night at 7:00.

This is poised to be a great game with the No.4 ranked Raptors(8-2) facing off against the No.5 ranked Wolves(10-1). This will be the third league game that the Raptors will play following last Friday’s 69-45 win against Mullen and the upcoming game on Wednesday against Arapahoe.

It will be a competitive match up in the backcourt with Pepperdine commit, senior Colbey Ross, and Lechaun Duhart. Ross is currently averaging 19 points, 4.5 assists, 5 rebounds, and a astonishing 2.7 steals per game. Grandviews starting point guard Duhart has averages of 20.8 points, 2 assists, and 2 rebounds per game.

The excitement doesn’t stop there as you have big men Nate Bokol and Ikenna Ozor facing off against the Wolves 6’8″ center Gaige Prim.
