The Eagle Quill’s game of the week is the Eaglecrest Boy’s Baseball team who play Friday at Cherry Creek, in league play. The Raptors started the season off 9-0. An amazing start to the season which has them ranked at No.3 in the state. Their only loss has come against another league opponent in the Arapahoe Warriors.
The Bruins are 9-3 and ranked No.5 in the state. Their losses have come against out of league opponents: Legend, Mountain Vista, and Rocky Mountain. They have not lost by double digits in any of their games and are currently, undefeated in league play.
The Raptors leading home run hitter is senior Garrett Tisdall who comes in with five and is followed by Zach Sulyma with three.
Tisdall also is tied in hits on the team with junior, Andrew Danko with 17. Danko also leads the team in runs with 16.
