The Nest game of the week is the Eaglecrest Boy’s Lacrosse team facing off against the Mullen Mustangs.

The game is a home game for the Raptors at 8 P.M today.

They come in to the game at 3-3. Senior Oliver Hart is the point leader for the boy’s with 43 points. Hart is followed by junior Adam Weintraut who has 25 points. Hart is also the leading scorer with 31 and he is followed by sophmore Logan Wells who has 12.

Mullen currently has a record of 1-6. Although their record isn’t as good as our boy’s team they are ranked higher due to CHSAA’s R.P.I system. We are No. 37 and Mullen is No.27. With that being said, this match will be an interesting one and it could be an important factor in the rankings going forward.

Not only does this game impact rankings statewide, it also comes into play with league rankings. The Raptors are 1-0 in league play coming off  of a 16-2 win against the Overland Trailblazers. The Mustangs are 0-1 after losing to the Arapahoe Warriors 7-15. This game is huge for both schools. Whoever comes out on top will not only be positively effected statewide, but also league wide as well.
