“Getting top ten at nationals was my teams biggest accomplishment. Being 7th in the nation is something I would have never imagined at the beginning of my poms career. Our other biggest accomplishment was getting second at state. Being state runner up was a first for eaglecrest poms so it was pretty cool to make history.”

Mentor: 

“My coaches are my mentors because have helped me to become captain and pushed me to improve each day; besides my coaches, my teammates help me grow and learn new things everyday.”

Favorite Memory: 

“Hearing our name announced for state finals and then getting runner up is by far my favorite memory to look back on. We gave it our all and it was the most amazing feeling.”

Word to future pommies:

“As stressful and time consuming poms is, it’s the best part of high school and it’s what you’ll remember the most when you look back on these years.”
