Pros and Cons of Night Shifts

“I prefer day shift because it's less stressful when you don't have to think about closing while trying to run the store. It’s not hard, but you have to start dealing with clos[ing] responsibilities while simultaneously taking care of all other store matters. It is tiring, and you need to be very knowledgeable on your tasks and what not.”...
